On June 26 and 27, I had the honor of participating in the Third Congress on Health Law, held at the Official College of Physicians of Madrid (ICOMEM).
On this occasion, I gave a presentation entitled “Innovation, regulation, and humanism in healthcare,” a topic that I consider fundamental at the present time.
We reflected on how artificial intelligence (AI) and neurotechnology are transforming the healthcare landscape. These technologies are not only revolutionizing diagnosis and treatment, but also pose regulatory and ethical challenges that we must always address from a deeply human perspective.
The conference was a wonderful opportunity to share space with highly prestigious doctors, healthcare professionals, and lawyers, and to engage in an open and enriching dialogue on the future of our healthcare system.
I am especially grateful for the collaboration of Editorial Colex, Relyens in Spain, and Nueva Mutua Sanitaria, whose support made this high-level meeting possible.
