37TH EDITION OF THE JOURNAL OF PRIVACY AND DIGITAL LAW (RPDD) IN COLLABORATION WITH UAM

We are pleased to announce the publication of the 37th edition of the Journal of Privacy and Digital Law (RPDD), a monographic issue dedicated to “Innovation and its barriers,” available in open access thanks to the collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid, within the framework of the research project “New advances in transparency legislation in Spain: improvements in the definition of the regulatory framework.” .

This issue opens with an honorary column by Professor Paloma Sánchez, focusing on the measurement of innovation, and brings together a distinguished group of experts who analyze the main legal and technological dilemmas of our digital present:
