On September 19, the second edition of the Specialization Diploma in Data Protection, Digital Society, and Artificial Intelligence at the Autonomous University of Madrid will begin, which I have the honor of co-directing together with Blanca Rodriguez-Chaves Mimbrero, Professor at the UAM.

We are living in historic times: data has become a strategic asset and Artificial Intelligence is transforming our societies and economies at an unprecedented speed. This revolution requires professionals with the ability to understand, apply, and anticipate the legal, ethical, and regulatory implications of these technologies.

In-depth study of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, along with emerging regulatory frameworks such as the European AI Act.

Personalized tutorials with a faculty of leading experts.

An eminently practical approach, based on real cases.

Access to a professional network of collaborating companies and entities.

The Diploma is aimed at lawyers, professionals in the technological and institutional fields, and anyone interested in digital law and data protection in complex environments.
